I have an Articulate Presenter 13 presentation that has narration included. The presentation was published and works fine, however, I need to make a change on one of the slides and when I open the Powerpoint, the audio that has already been done does not show up for editing.
I am using Powerpoint 13. Other presentations that include audio do show the audio.
Articulate Presenter '13 doesn't support audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint, so if you already recorded or imported audio in PowerPoint, you may be able to extract it from the PowerPoint file and import it into Presenter.
If the audio was recorded/imported directly in Presenter and your audio is missing, it means one of the scenarios in this article is true.

Why was this change made? You used to be able to bring audio into studio from PowerPoint directly when publishing. This is how all of our SME's give us their projects.
When going from Presenter '09 to Presenter '13, the change in support for audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint was partially a side effect of improved audio quality in our published output (the best audio quality has always resulted by recording/importing directly to Articulate Presenter), and partially a complication due to differences in the way PowerPoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 handle audio.

Was your audio recorded/imported in PowerPoint, or was it recorded/imported directly in Presenter?
Articulate Presenter '13 doesn't support audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint, so if you already recorded or imported audio in PowerPoint, you may be able to extract it from the PowerPoint file and import it into Presenter.
