Presenter 13: Missing Images

When using the new Articulate 13 options for .html5 and iPad, we have had complaints that some presentations, when viewed on a desktop computer, don't have all the graphics or text viewable. Below is a screen shot from a client's computer showing the problem.

When viewed on my computer, I see everything, the presentation looks fine. The client is viewing using an updated, quality laptop, which meets all  criteria (browser and otherwise) needed for successful viewing. When the same presentation is published without the .html5 and iPad options, he sees everything just fine. I have had this reported to me by 2 different clients.

I have installed the Articulate Studio Update 1. 

Does anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this, or have you experienced a similiar issue?
