Presenter '13 Not Opening From PowerPoint

Hello,

I have PowerPoint 2013 32-bit (part of Office 365 ProPlus). I also have Presenter '13.

Problem: I have a PowerPoint open and go to the Articulate ribbon. I then click the "Publish" button but nothing happens. Any idea what the issue is? I installed the Office 365 software just a few weeks ago and this is the first time I've tried to use Articulate with it, so I'm assuming the issue lies with the Office 365 installation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
