The document on the web is launching, however, one person is only able to see a portion of the published content. Not sure what is going on. Help is greatly appreciated.
I cannot re-create it in my computer. But it happens every time the user opens a web based presentation.

Thanks, Gigi. I know it's challenging when one person is experiencing a problem you can't recreate yourself. Could you suggest that she try another browser?
Also, Chrome has started to block Flash content unless you give it permission to play. If you'd prefer to bypass the Flash output altogether and only launch the HTML5 version of your course, could you try linking directly to the presentation_html5.htmlfile in your published output (rather than the default presentation.html file)?

Thanks for reaching out here, Gigi! I have a few questions to help me narrow this down:
I cannot re-create it in my computer. But it happens every time the user opens a web based presentation.

Also, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it. :)
Everyone else can see it but this one individual.

This person is the only one that cannot see the published content correctly. All other employees can see the documentation as it is intended.

Its happening in Chrome and IE.
Ah, okay. Have the user double-check that Flash is enabled. Here's how:
