Currently working through the issue of Flash vs. non-Flash output. When testing on our LMS, no issues with IE or Chrome. In Safari, not able to play any content without Flash. Is there a fix that can be performed either pre or post publishing?
Thanks for clarifying that, Steve. Would you mind if we had a closer look at your file so we can test in Safari, as well?
If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and delete the file when we're done troubleshooting.

Hi Steve!
Presenter '13 will always publish with Flash in the output, and you can also include HTML5 when publishing.
The HTML5 output of Presenter '13 is supported in Safari, so you shouldn't have any issues there.
Can you tell me how you are testing "without Flash" in Safari? Are you attempting to point to the HTML5 output?
Hi Alyssa,
Here's the response to your question from a member of our LMS team:
Safari allows for the disabling of the Flash plug in (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-safari.html).
When I disable the extension/plug in for Flash or When asked “Do you want to enable Flash?”, I say no. The content then does not play in Safari.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
