I have 1 file that fails every time I publish. I've tried creating a new PowerPoint file and importing the slides, but that doesn't work. Screen shot and error report attached.
Hi, Steve -- Thanks for reaching out here, and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you have also had a chance to run through the troubleshooting steps here to see if you find improvement? If so, and you are still not having any luck, I would recommend that you use these steps to create an Articulate package, and you will need to send that (along with the Error report you have attached) to our Support Engineers via this form for additional technical assistance.
I'm sorry to hear that didn't work - but if you don't have the program files at all anymore, perhaps you just uninstalled vs. going through the repair? Did you also reach out to our Support team here for some additional assistance?
It sounds like you have the same problem that I did. You need to copy and paste the text on the slides into a new PPT. You can't import the slides or it will corrupt again. It seems to copy the error element and recreates the error.
For me, it occurred randomly, still not sure why. I've had it occur once and never again.

Also, after following those steps I no longer have Studio 13. The reinstall does not work.

Finally got it to work after changing from 32-bit PPT to 64-bit.
Thanks to Karla Maye in support for the help!
Thanks for popping in to share Steve! Glad you were able to get the support you needed.
