I'm trying to publish a 240 slide course with about 4 hours of audio; however, during publishing Presenter quits for no reason. Any ideas? Have I exceeded Presenter's limit?
We don't have file limits defined, but I know that other users have mentioned an error with larger courses. Check out this thread with some recommendations that may work well for you.
Check the number of actual objects - there is a risk that if you use too many individual objects (by which I mean any thing on a slide - shape, image etc, That this exceed some form of internal id clock in either articulate, powerpoint or the integration of the two. when I get this I go through the entire slide pack and simply things (ie make 6 shapes that appear at the same time as a single png for example) This then reduces the number of objects and amazingly the publish works.
We have been using Studio 2013 for 24 months constantly and have ppt sizes of 200mb with run times of 30 minutes and have used the above to overcome this constant problem - quizzes to not seem to be an issue. Sometimes we have to record complex animated screens using replay and then insert the video of the animation and this can remove say 100 objects from a slide with a single video
If the above is not technically correct all I can say is we have published now 30 hours of very image intensive eLearning and found this way of working

Hopefully others will chime in to assist as well.
Hi Jose,
If Presenter is crashing while you publish, there are a few things you could check first:
Let me know how it goes after checking those steps!
