Recently upgraded to Articulate 13 and PowerPoint 13. Can access Articulate Record Narration and record. However, after saving the audio is not available to edit or in Preview.
I have already performed a check on all items in the article provided. None of these situations exists. See screenshot below of how recorded audio is not accessible.

Screenshot did not post. In the Record Narration window the play button is grayed with the seconds of the recording are displayed.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Presenter as well to attempt to correct the audio issues.
Try utilizing the Audio Editor Madeline. This sounds like expected behavior.
The audio does not appear in Audio Editor. The area for sound waves is blank.
