I am having a bit of difficulty with videos created in Replay playing correctly when the Presenter '13 content they are embedded in is published in HTML5 format in the Chrome browser (basically they do not play). They do correctly play in Internet Explorer 11 however, in IE my Resources tab does not work correctly (this does work in Chrome)
Hi, Herman -- Many thanks for reaching out with your question! Have you had an opportunity to review this information on System Requirements for Presenter '13? And if possible, would you be able to share your Presenter package so that I am able to take a closer look and do some testing for you on my end?
Hi Christie,
Thanks for the response.
Attached is a screen shot of my computer specifications.
I have created the requested .zip package file however it is 108MB so please let me know how you wish me to share it and I will get it over to you.
Thanks again for the help.
Herman

Hi, Herman -- Oh, no! As it appears that you've replied via email, your attachment did come through to be accessible here in the thread. Please click here to navigate to the thread itself and you can upload from there using the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box.
Also, when you reply via email, your signature is visible here in the thread, so you are welcome to use the EDIT button beneath your post to remove that info. if you'd like!
You may also want to take a look at different options available in Step 3 in this article on Publishing a Presentation for Web. Please let us know if you have any other questions! :)
This intermittent playing of videos seems to be tied to the autoplay of HTML5 content in Chrome. Even when enabled the content sometimes does not autoplay but requires a click to start. Here is what I did as a work-around:
I adjusted each videos's properties to play video when clicked instead of automatically and checked off "Show Video Controls". I then went into "Player" and under "Controls" I de-selected the seekbar and play/pause.
Even though it does require the user to click to begin each video, it removed the annoying intermittent autoplay issues. This now works correctly in Chrome, IE and Firefox.
Hi, Herman -- Glad to hear that you are all set! And for others who are following along here and would like to check out additional info on Herman's workaround involving video controls, please see this article for details. :)

Thanks
