I am publishing my presentation for LMS to work on mobile devices, however, the resource area can get clicked, but the window does not stay open long enough for students to be able to click on the b/w handout to open/download. It just flashes open and close, no matter whether you long-click on it, or you double-click on it. This handout does open/function properly when viewing on a PC. Any suggestions?

Hi June! I uploaded your published zip file to SCORM Cloud and I can see the behavior you are reporting on my iPad. Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for me to take a closer look?

I had to reach out to my team as I thought I had seen this issue before.
It is an issue that has been shared with our QA Team. We have a listed workaround of 'a very quick light tap' opens the tab, but I must not have this skill as it does not seem to work for me.
I will add this thread for user awareness and for update when applicable. Unfortunately, unless the light tap works for you, I do not have a workaround to share at this time.
I'm not aware of any plans at this time June, but I've shared this with our team so that we can discuss. We try our best to prioritize based on user impact.

The problem is with mobile devices, both Android phone and iPad fail to all the user to open the resource, which is the handout for the program.

I am trying to use a mobile device and the Resources section is not even there on mine. Was it removed on mobile devices since it wasn't working?

Are you viewing in Articulate Mobile Player perhaps? I know it is not a supported function in that environment as you can see here.
