Presenter '13 script import and publish

I need to create dozens of courses with each one containing dozens of web objects that I need to import.

 

In VBA I have found an ArticulatePresenter70 reference and this has a AP7PublishAndPreview class but I can't work out how to change the publish options or initiate the publish. 

 

Is there a way of using VBA (or anything else like powershell/javascript) to automate the import of the web objects and publish?

 

I'd appreciate any help at all with this.
