Presenter 13 Tabs left or right

I have Presenter 13 and Office 2013. I have included an Engage Interaction named "Tutorial". When I preview the course, the tab named Tutorial is on the left side with the "EXIT" tab to the left of it. I would like for the tutorial tab to be on the left side of the player or at the very least on the left of the Exit Tab. When I go into the Player and move the "Tutorial" tab up to the section for the left side, I will get two tutorial tabs. One is on the right and one is on the left. Any help would be much appreciated. Happy Holidays to all.

Hi Ke!
Would you be able to package your files and upload them here for me to have a look at?
Leslie,
I have uploaded the files you requested with a comment:
When I go into the player and move the tabs to the left side, everything is OK. But if I move the "Tutorial" (Engage Project)down to the right side section it will show to the right of the "EXIT" tab even though it is above it in the right side section. I have to move the Resources tab between the two even if it's not selected to make the "Tutorial" tab show up on the left side of the "EXIT" tab.
Leslie,
The above was a work around to get the selected tabs on the right side and to the left of the "EXIT" tab. But, I have another course the above work around does not work on and I have to move all tabs, except the "Exit", to the left side.
Hi Keith! I just responded back to your case
Hi Leslie,
Does Articulate see how many times I have re-registered my product? I am still having the same problem and have done everything as instructed. It has improved slightly and seem to be having the problem after I publish or if I perform a function (e.g. Import Audio) and a pop up box shows "Updating...". Sometimes I try to click on the slide before the "Updating" pop up box appears and this is when I start getting the "UI" boxes. As always, any help would be much appreciated.
Please accept my apology, the above was posted in the wrong place.
