I am using Presenter '13 on Windows 10 in Powerpoint 2016. When I import (add slide video from file) a ".wmv" video the quality drop dramatically when previewing or after publishing. My customer is doing the screen capture in Microsoft Expression (I know) and the quality is fine until I bring it in to Presenter. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Hi, Keith -- As stated here, You may find that videos are blurry in your published output even if you increase the video quality to its highest setting (9) when you publish.
We improved video quality in Update 2 for Articulate Studio '13. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, download and install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email, or get it here. Then republish your project. For even better quality results, delete existing videos from your project, import them again, then republish.
Please let us know if that helps or if you still need further assistance! :)
Christie, thank you for the reply. Software is updated and current and my iPad specs meet the Articulate Requirements. All animations are supported as shown in the Articulates HTML5 Animation/Transition list. The timing is way off on the iPad but fine on the PC. The Articulate Player rarely behaves right when responding to the touch of buttons. I do not want to use the Articulate player since my customer has 300+ iPads in the field that are locked down. Also, the Articulate Player does not work with SilkRoad LMS as to registering training. Any other help or suggestions from anyone would be much appreciated.
Hi, Keith -- If you could share your Presenter Package, that would be ideal!
Options to share include: uploading it here in the thread so others in the community can chime in to assist. All you'd need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and upload from there.
Or, you may also send your file for private offline review by myself or one of the other moderators here in the community by using this form. The choice is up to you! :)
Christie, I just uploaded the files, privately, after Publishing for an LMS.
As always, thank you so very much. Articulate does a wonderful job with
supporting their customers.
Thanks so much for the head's up that your case was submitted, Keith!
I was actually just about to let you know that your ticket, 00733339, has been received! I will run some testing as soon as I can and will reply with my findings via email. :)

Hi, Keith -- I see, and many thanks for the additional details. Could you please share your file so I can try to run some testing for on my end?
Thank you Christie! How would you want the files? A link to sign in to my
LMS, files published to an LMS, or files published for Web delivery?
Happy trails,
-Keith
