Presenter 13 will not load from within powerpoint

I have been successfully loading articulate presenter13 within PowerPoint whilst completing a project.

However all of a sudden presenter will no longer load from ppt.

The articulate menu bar is visible but clicking on any of the icons (review etc) nothing happens.

Any suggestions why?

What version of Windows and PPT are you using?

Hi Daniel

I use windows 10 and ppt 10

It has been working ok until recently if that helps.

I don't believe there is such a thing as Windows 10. Can you clarify or include a snapshot? Also, is your Powerpoint 2010 the 32 bit version? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Hi Martin! Have you recently downloaded Update 2 by chance? We had some users have the same issue.

A simple repair is correcting it.

Leslie I have recently downloaded update 2 and having now completed the repair it appears that everything is back to normal!
