I read thru the tutorials to see how to change all slides from "Auto" to "By User". I found where you suggested to hit CNTRL+A to highlight all the slides. Then on the right, under "Properties" to select "Advance". When I do this I get (Multiple) but it will not let select anything, just sits there frozen. Navigation, Presenter and Auto Playlist will work but not Advance. Any suggetsions?
I tested this myself, and found that it only happened when I was selecting more than one Engage or Quizmaker Interaction. If I selected all the slides except those (or with only one of those) I was able to update the Properties and set to Advance "By user" or "Auto." If it's happening for you without any Engage or Quizmaker interactions, I'd suggest conducting a repair of your Studio 13 software.
