Presenter 360 course not resuming in LMS

Hi,

We have a course that is not resuming in our LMS. It does so in scorm cloud though.

It's an AICC course.

Do we have to pass something back to the SCO for resume to work?

Hello there, Wendy!

I'm happy to look into this with you! A few questions and suggestions to start us off:

  • When you publish to AICC, are you clicking on the Reporting and Tracking button and setting the Filename(URL) option to the right URL? Make sure that you're pointing to the index_lms.html file.
  • Is the course hosted on a different server than your AICC-compliant LMS? If so, this article covers how to correct cross-domain related issues.
  • What LMS are you using and does it accept other standards, such as SCORM 2004 4th Edition? If the course is long, the resume data could be too long for the LMS to store as AICC.
