Hi, I developed interactive slides on Studio 360 Presenter - Engage and Quizmaker, but when I installed the update which came yesterday now I can neither preview anything in presenter nor publish it. There is just an error message which pops up. Does anyone know what can be done? I uninstalled Studio 360, reboot my system and reinstalled Studio 360 but still, the issue remains unsolved.
Hi Minal. I'm sorry you've been stuck with previewing and publishing your course. I see that you opened a case with our support team and that Amlan gave you steps to repair Studio 360. Since that didn't work, I'm going to ask our support engineers to have another look and give you some next steps!
