Presenter 360 not publishing

Hi,
I´m running into some issues with Presenter 360. Neither the Player, Previous or Publish buttons work. But the strange thing is that this happens in only one of the files I´m working on. I have 8 different files and it seems that this one is corrupt...because the buttons work on the rest of the files.
Every time I select the Publish tab, I get a message at the bottom saying that PowerPoint is saving, but nothing ever happens.
Has someone encountered a similar issue?

Uh-oh, that doesn't sound right. I see you already opened a support case (smart move!) and you're working through this with my colleague Rowie. He requested that you create an Articulate Package and send him the zipped file.
I'll continue to follow along with your case and share update here, as needed!
