Presenter 360, publish as AICC, HTML5 player: links are crossed out instead of underlined.

Hi,

Converting  PP 2016 presentation to HTML5 and publishing as AICC, reviewing in ReviewLink.

Separately, any idea why timings in PowerPoint are routinely ignored? I have to remove the animations and re-add them with different triggers, multiple times, until Presenter recognizes them ... but then they work in Preview, but not necessarily in the published version. It's a huge waste of my time.
