Yes, I have 32-bit and 64-bit Office installer, here is no problem. But I want to use 64-bit Office, and I use 64-bit Office for several years. So, for several years, I only use Adobe Presenter and iSpring Presenter instead of Articulate Presenter.
Hi Nancy, I use 64-bit Office because it can use more memory, and I am working on extensive Excel and Word jobs (large data, large mail merge etc.) So, I also use 64-bit PowerPoint.
I'm hitting this same problem. If Office came out with 64-bit 4-5 years ago, why hasn't Articulate responded with a version that can run on it? I need the 64-bit for Excel work, but it's a package deal. So, to keep using Presenter, I'm crashing Excel.
Is Articulate close to coming out with a 64-bit version? Thanks.

Not sure if I remember why not . . .
I believe office comes with a 64 bit and a 32 bit installer so if you really want to use Studio 13 you could install the 32 bit version.

Just curious - why do you want to use 64 bit office? What are the benefits over 32 bit?
Here's Microsoft's official take on when 64-bit makes sense: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee681792.aspx
Hi Petr and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Looks like Gerry and Nancy have taken care of you here.

Yup you are right that you need 64 bit for Excel and Word but could get away with 32 bit for PowerPoint.
Nancy, great idea. But I cannot use PowerPoint 32-bit when I use Office 64-bit on the same computer.

Hi Mina,
I have heard some discussion and plans to release something along these lines, but I don't have anything official to share at the moment.
I know a lot of us are looking forward to the support of 64-bit Office - myself included :)
In the meantime, I recommend following us on these sites:
That's one of the best ways to stay up-to-date. We'll be sure to announce new features when they become available.
Thanks!
