When viewing my LMS published version from my computer, the browser is filling the screen and the presentation is scaling to fill the window correctly, as discribed in my player template. However, when I upload the zip to our LMS, the browser is filling the screen correctly, but the presentation isn't scaled to fill the window as it should. I don't think it's our LMS, because our Storyline courses scale perfectly as they should. Any ideas?
It sounds like your Presenter settings are correct - have you tried publishing it to a web server or SCORM Cloud to see if the same problem is replicated outside your LMS? If you'd like to package your Presenter files and share with us here I'm happy to take a look. If you'd prefer to not post it in the forums you can also send to us privately.
Yes, I've published to web and it displays correctly there... we don't have a scorm cloud. Yes, I'd love to send them to you privately. I'll do that right now... Thank you so much!
Our team will be happy to take a look. SCORM Cloud is something you can sign up for free - its a great place to test items to see if it's an LMS issue or a file issue. Since it's displaying correctly when published to web, I'm guessing it's something specific to how the LMS is reading the browser settings - but send along and we'll check it out!
