Presenter color schemes not loading

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Doing some research to see if similar issues have come up, does the following thread help?

If not, would you please see about creating a screencast to show a closer look at the issue and what you mean by a black screen.

If you need to keep all of this private, then it would be best to submit a Support Case.

Thanks for your response, Adrian. I  read the thread and although the information is useful, it doesn't address my situation. Please see the attached file -- it will show you my issue.

In Presenter, I am choosing Player Templates, the Color Schemes tab, and then I select one of the Color Schemes -- and all that displays is a black screen. See the attached file to see what I am seeing. My goal is to create a Color Scheme of my own with different color options, but because I only see a black screen, I cannot change anything.

Thanks for the screenshot. Does this happen with other files as well? If so, then the following option should resolve the issue.

If it's file specific, I think we'll need to take a closer look at the file itself and it would probably be best to do so via a Support Case. Please makes sure to upload the file that is created following these instructions, when doing so.
