Presenter Courses into Mobile App
Sep 26, 2011
I know Articulate's not ready with a non-Flash solution yet for Presenter presentations, but I'm wondering if it would be possible to import them into a mobile app, as opposed to trying to play them in a browser. Or if there would be a conversion process to do that. I'm just getting into app development, but it seems like this might be possible.
Any app developers out there have experience with importing Flash assets into mobile apps?
Thanks

Daniel,
There really isnt any easy way to convert a Flash SWF into a Native iOS app. I assume you are interested in iOS since Articulate will work fine on Android devices.
There are a few ways to get semi-usable content from your Articulate course onto iPad/iPhone...
Both have several disadvantages... mainly that you lose interactivity.
We have an HTML5 solution on eLearningEnhanced that you can try out on your iOS device:

Thanks for the info James. I'm wondering about importing a SWF into a native iOS app, so that it plays within the app and still maintains it's interactivity. Thanks for the links, I'll do some research.
