My presenter articulate power point presentation keeps crashing and sending me error reports when i try to open it. I downloaded it from my cloud storage, and everytime i click preview slide it crashes. The files were uploaded separately to the cloud (as in the "filename".ppta and"filename". pttx) and then downloaded each at a time not sure if that might be an issue here.
I'm not sure of the error you are receiving, but we do recommend that when creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.
