Presenter - Customer experience error in Chrome

We have a presenter course, homepage, that has multiple buttons that link to other course links.

Some of our customers clicked on the buttons and it opened the course twice (2x) and the audio played on both over each other.


Wanted to see if this is a bug, or if there is something that needs to be fixed on our end. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm not sure that I've seen a similar issue reported. Is this something you are able to replicate as well?

You mention that it's happening to some customers in Chrome. Do you know what version they are using and how did you publish/share the content that they are accessing?
