Presenter, engage, etc wont run except as admin

I have an issue that presenter will not run except as an admin.

Presenter is installed into my user account and has been activated in my user account.  If I switch off admin rights I am unable to use it as Presenter shows as an evaluation copy and I am unable to activate it.

If I deactivate it with admin rights and then remove the admin rights, presenter, engage etc gives me a .net error and will not allow me to activate it.

I am starting to pull my hair out.
