When we purchased the software I had 64 bit OS and microsoft office. We downgraded our office to 34 bit as my presenter was freezing and kicking me out. Then the presenter worked fine. NOW, articulate came out with fixes for this and I downloaded them about 3 months ago. I hadn't done any education modules since then. I have not upgraded my microsoft office back to 64 bit OS yet. I am finding that presenter is freezing again. Am I having the opposite problem? Since I uploaded the fixes, do I now need to upgrade by microsoft back to 64 bit version in order for my presenter to work properly? Please advise.

If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.
