I am having problems when I save a Articulate Project after I have made changes in the audio editor, the software locks up. Articulate says it does not support 64 bit systems or 64 bit PowerPoint. I just spent an hour and 139 bucks to be told by Microsoft 64 bit systems can not run 32 bit PowerPoint. How do I fix this? I have windows 7 64 bit and 2010 office 64 bit. Microsoft says it only installs 32 bit and you have it, to change to 64 bit installed. Every thing I have says its 64 bit.

Hi Randy,
What version of Presenter are you running?
Here are the system requirements for Presenter '09:
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4 or later, Windows XP SP2 or later (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 2003, Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit), or Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit)
Powerpoint version: PowerPoint 2000, PowerPoint 2002 (PowerPoint XP), PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007 or 32 Bit PowerPoint 2010
And here are the system requirements for Presenter '13 - and our team is aware of an issue in Update 4 of Presenter '13 that causes issues with 64 bit versions of Office. If you're using Presenter '13 what update are you on?
Have you looked into conducting the repair?
Hello Randy, and welcome to the community.
Are you using Windows 8? This was a known issue with 64 bit Powerpoint crashing Presenter.
This issue was corrected in Update 5 for Presenter. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email or download it here.
