Presenter, in preview or published, fails

I've completed a presenter with regular slides, then engageslides then quizzmaker slides. When i preview or publish when it gets to the engage slides it just blank. When I try to advance it prompts me to complete all labels which is the interactive property I selected in engage but it's blank. all white. I redid another presenter with the same, it worked once then the same failure. ???
