Hello, when I publish for web from Presenter, everything looks fine when I view it, but reviewers are not seeing the same thing. For example, on one slide the bullets are not showing up in the published course. Please help!!
It was created in Presenter '09. One person was using Google Chrome, not sure about the other 2, but all 3 could not see the bullets. Viewing in HTML5. I will post a screen shot shortly.

Hi there Therese! Sorry to hear you've run into these issues! A few questions so we can narrow down what might be causing this:

Here's a screen shot. The left side should have green bullets.
