Presenter Knowledge Check Working Incorrectly
Apr 28, 2017
I have a course that intersperses knowledge checks throughout. On the 3rd to last slide, some of our learners are running into a problem where upon arriving on the page, the question has already been answered incorrectly, and the learner is unable to reset it without exiting and restarting the whole course.
The error is occurring on both desktops, as well as mobile devices. I am including an attachment with an example of what the learners are seeing, however that is not the actual course.
As far as I can tell, this is similar to the issues reported in this Quizmaker post, as well as in this post, however the answer must have been provided in an offline discussion.
Any suggestions to fix this would be appreciated!

Hi Jennifer! I see what you're saying from your screenshot. It looks like it's showing a Quiz Review layer rather than the quiz question to be answered.
I need help understanding a couple of things:
Looking forward to working through this with you!
Hi Crystal,
I went ahead and submitted a ticket - 01064470. Yes, the course is loaded on a Cornerstone on Demand LMS. And we are tracking completion based on slides completed.
Thanks!
Thanks for letting us know that you reached out to the support team Jennifer.
Looks like Karla is assisting you and I'd be happy to follow along.
Hey Jennifer! I popped in to check on your support case this morning and it looks like Karla has requested your file and shared some helpful information as well. Let me know if you did not get the e-mail.
Has there been a resolution to this issue that can be shared with the community? I've had the same problem.
Hello Amy!
I took a look at Jennifer's case mentioned above and it looks as if it were file specific. It could not be recreated in a new file and importing into a new file alleviated the issue.
Note: Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
Let me know if that alleviates the issue for you as well.
