Presenter - Log files being generated

I'm using Presenter 09 ver 6.3.1103.112 which I use to publish my courses to the web and host them on outr own LMS. My web team have advised that my Articulate training courses are generating a log file with many entries each time a course is run. The entries are made up of the following format with a file for each page:
/en_GB/module/9001/data/swf/notes/notesbig9.swf
/en_GB/module/9001/data/swf/notes/notessmall10.swf
Does anyone have similar files being generated and why does this happen and how can I prevent this. My Web team just delete the log files so they seem to have no impact on the course itself.
Your help is appreciated.

This would mean that you did not include notes in your presentation. The only way I know to handle this is to actually include notes in your presentation and include them in the sidebar of your presentation:
