Presenter not closing properly?

The first time into Import Audio, Audio Editor, Syncing Audio etc. works great.

Repeat trips back without closing PPT 2013 are less successful, as often the Import Audio, Syncing Audio, and Publish Features do not launch and seem to hang.

The best fix seems to be the following:

1. Open Task Manager
2. End Articulate Presenter Process
3. Save File
4. Close PPT
5. ReOpen file and start again

While this works like a charm, it is irritating to have to do so, especially during edit cycles where you are in and out of all of these areas a lot.
