I have a PC running a 64-bit version of Win 7 and 64-bit MS Office. Presenter wouldn't open in PowerPoint 2010, so I did research and found that it only runs in a 32-bit environment. So I installed a 32-bit version of PowerPoint 2007, and the articulate tab now opens in PPT 2007, but nothing happens when I click any of the articulate buttons. Even the "About Articulate" button doesn't pop-up with the product information. Any advice would be appreciated.
We don't recommend having multiple instances of PowerPoint installed. You could see if you have any disabled items. Ideally you would want to install the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office which is the default installation as Microsoft does not support having a 32 bit and a 64 bit Office application simultaneously installed.
Yeah, so you need to uninstall Office and PowerPoint and then install the 32 bit version of Office. I would also uninstall Articulate and install that as the last step.

Are you running both versions of PowerPoint on the same machine?
Have you uninstalled Articulate and reinstalled it?
