Hi there, I'm having trouble with my articulate presenter options
changing during publishing. I will set my slides to locked navigation
and then when its published, it is free navigation. I go back to my
Articulate PPT and the presentation options have resorted back to
default during publishing. I am setting a new template for my changed navigation settings to - "new" or something of the sort, but as soon as I hit publish, it changes back to "corporate communications" template, which undoes my custom settings. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hey Aimee - when you click Publish on the Articulate menu and the Publish window appeaers, make sure that your customized player template is selected in the Template field as shown below. It sounds like this field might be still set to Corporate Communications.
While the publishing is working away, do not copy anything to the clipboard (CTRL+C) as this might impact the output of the published files! Best to just let it cook until the dinger goes off
