Presenter Player - size - publish not working

I'm trying to publish to CD.  I was publishing to Articulate online until I got approval for publishing and I set the annotations to point where things were showing up.  When I published to cd, the arrows were no longer pointing where they should and there's no option to resize the window, so I was looking at the size options on the player. I picked resize browser to fill screen and scal player to fill browser window, but now when I publish and get the box that says it's done and I click View, it says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled".  If I open the folder and click on Launch Presentation, I get the same thing.
