Presenter Ribbon not Working

I'm receiving this error message each time to click any of the Narration buttons. None of the other ribbon buttons work. I have checked the add-ins, trust center, and ran the Microsoft 2010 repair function. I have not tried the Articulate uninstall - reinstall. Help!

How do I fix this?

Can you try installing Visual Basic for Applications to see if that resolves the issue?

Yes, I tried installing Visual Basics for Applications. Still receiving same error.

Any other ideas of things to try?

Hi Donna,

Can you try completely uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player by using the method below?

*******Please do the following in Internet Explorer.

Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157

Download the latest version of Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash

After that, reinstall the Articulate software & then restart your computer. Let me know if that resolves the issue.
