Presenter Template problems

We are trying to apply Templates to our newly created course but in the Templates box the list of templates is completely blank. 

We can see the templates in the Articulate Presenter Templates folder but can't access them.

Our IT support CAN see them when logged in as Administrator but not as an individual.

Can anyone suggest a fix, please?

Hi Eve, 

There are four built in Master templates, and you're unable to delete them and if making changes to a Master template you'll want to save it with a new name as described in this kb article. 

If you're still having difficulty after reviewing that article, you may want to conduct a repair of your Studio software, and just ensure you've closed any open Studio projects before conducting the repair.
