I am working in Powerpoint and on the Articulate tab, I am trying to add a Quizmaker Quiz. When I click the icon, it tells me Online Presentations aren't supported. Save a copy to your local drive to continue. I did but to no avail. Suggestions on how to continue working in Presenter?
Hi there, Angies. Are you using OneDrive? Even if there is a OneDrive folder on your local desktop, it may be synching up to the OneDrive network. Try disabling the syncing, or saving your files to another folder on the C: drive.
If that's not it, we can have a closer look at your files here and delete them when we're done troubleshooting. I would include the Articulate Package for the Presenter part, and the .quiz file too. Thanks!
