Presenter update broke Tin Can functionality
Nov 22, 2013
The 11/5/13 update to Articulate Presenter broke a Tin Can feature that used to work. For example, if I launch a course using something like:
presentation.html?endpoint=http://myLMS.com%2F®istration=3884&item=2891
Previous to the update, the LMS could capture "registration" and "item" as stand-alone form variables. Now it appears that custom parameters (e.g. "item") are no longer included in the data sent to the LMS, and the "registration" parameter must be parsed out of the "content" form var.
Until I can work out a solution, I have asked our course developers to revert to publishing to SCORM 1.2.
Was this change intentional or is it a bug?
