I published a Presenter video and it works just fine in IE 8. However, in Firefox 3.x and the latest 5.0.1 version, the course starts but then stalls out in the middle of the presentation (the slides load very slowly, if at all). Ideas? I am using user-driven navigation. My version of Flash is 10.3.181.34. Thanks!
Sure. I'm going to try using a different font, such as Arial, to see if that helps. The support team was able to successfully publish the presentation and it did not hang up in Firefox. However, the original fonts I used were replaced by Arial and the Smart Art bullet points ran off the screen. I'll let you know what happens.

Yes; just submitted a case. Thanks
Hey LIsa,
I would be interested in what they come up with....could you share the resolution once it is solved?
Many thanks,
Dave

Changing fonts did not resolve the issue...
