Presenter videos being cut prematurely at end at conversion

I'm converting presentations from Presenter '09 to '13. These presentations include presenter videos. After the presentation is converted and published, the presenter video is cut short from 1 second or so. Since these videos were originally one big one which has been cut in pieces, sometimes the cut is very tight and now we miss on some cases the last word. Is there a way to manually adjust the length of the slide to accommodate the proper timing?
