Presenter was unable to open project file error. Sep 17, 2020 By Steve Jones Hi - I'm getting this error on all my Presenter files: Presenter was unable to open this project file. Reboot your computer and try again. I've rebooted, but still get the error. I can see one project having a corrupt .ppta file but all of them? I'm using Articulate 360. Some files are old, some new. Any idea on how to fix? Thanks, Steve.
Steve Jones Author over 3 years ago09/17/20 at 7:22 pm (UTC) Ok, I think I figured out what happened. Malwarebytes blocked and quarantined pptal.exe. I took the file out of quarantine, changed Malwarebytes settings to allow that file. Then I uninstalled Presenter 360, rebooted, and then reinstalled Presenter 360. Works like a charm now!

Ok, I think I figured out what happened.
Malwarebytes blocked and quarantined pptal.exe. I took the file out of quarantine, changed Malwarebytes settings to allow that file. Then I uninstalled Presenter 360, rebooted, and then reinstalled Presenter 360. Works like a charm now!
