Presenter won't load

I went to the link and followed the steps, but it didn't resolve the issue. The Articulate add-in is not disabled within PowerPoint.  The Articulate Presenter menu is visible within PowerPoint, but nothing happens when I click on any of the Presenter menu options.

I followed the steps from the tutorial to ensure that Visual Basic is installed. That didn't resolve the issue, unfortunately.

Are you using Windows 7, by any chance? If so, you might want to try disabling the User Account Control (UAC), uninstalling Articulate, restarting, and then re-installing.

OK, never mind. Let me try uninstalling and reinstalling Articulate first.

You can re-install Office by downloading it from Microsoft's site, but be sure to get the version that supports Articulate:

If you're using a company computer, they may have a product key for you. Otherwise, I believe you can use their 60-day trial version.
