I had to change some animations that were not on the Articalte360-Presenter for HTML5. In doing so, I found several that Articulate list as working, but it only faded in (wedge, wheel, wipe) when viewing on an iPad and android phone. Just an FYI to Articulate.
Thanks for sharing that here can I ask what iPad iOS you were using and browser? I'd want to take a look at this and determine if it's an issue with our documentation or the output and therefore a bug. If you've got a Presenter package or even a link to the presentation I could test on my iPad I'd be happy too!
Thanks Ashley, I test courses with an iPad Air (4th Generation), it has the
current iOS. The course in question had the animations changed. I packaged
this course (after I change the animations) and submitted a case since I had
other issues too (imported mp3 would not play on a quiz slide).
Certainly understand - and I know we had multiple forums going and maybe cases! If you responded via email it didn't upload an attachment here, so you need to visit the forum discussion to have that happen via the "add attachment" button. Let me know if I missed something. :-)
