Presenteri 13 has stopped working

I'm trying to publish in A13 a presentation created in A09. Update keeps failing. I've figured out that if I remove the Engages and Quizmaker slides it will update.

Something is wrong with Engage 13 and Quizmaker 13 - I can t even open the program - I get an error - Articulate Quizmaker 13 (0r Engage 13) has stopped working.
