Presentor with links to PDF's and another online training

My director just emailed me 3 PDFs and one online training link that he would like send out to all of our front line staff on protecting themselves from bed bugs (gross right?! 
) anyways... he wants it done by next week!
I've looked at putting them in as attachments and links but with both options I cannot figure out how to make sure they actual view the link?
I'd like to avoid taking the materials and turning them into my own training (as that will not be quick)... any advice?

Hi Laura,
are you deploying this on an LMS, if so, you can check it with your LMS reporting.
If not, have them sending you an email from within your presentation at the end it...
