When I publish my slides in presenter '13 to articulate online the previous slide button doesn't work...any ideas on what the issue might be? The slides aren't locked and the branching for PREV is set to previous slide.
Finally figured it out. In '13 their is a menu setting that is outside of player setting. That was set to locked so that basically disable's the prev button!

Hi Susan! How about your navigation settings:
Make sure they are set to Free, you can read more about that here.
no luck...I had my navigation already set to that. Any other ideas?
I have even tried to set prev button through branching and it doesn't go to the slide I setup in branching.

It's not mentioned here, but I would assume that they are referring to slide properties
