I assume that you are referring to the print button that is located within the actual browser. The only way to "disable" this would be to launch the presentation in a new window by using the method below:

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation
2. Click on the Articulate menu > Player Templates
3. Select the Other tab
4. In the Browser Window Settings section, checkmark "Launch Presentation in new window"
5. Checkmark "Display window with no browser controls"
6. Click the Close button
7. Save your Player Template
8. Publish the presentation with the newly saved Player Template
