Neither Preview (with more than oeb slide) nor Export do work - both end with an error message: "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Presenter 13 and it might close."
I already checked for updates but no updates are available.
We are using
PPT version 2016 (MSO; 16.0.12730.20188) 64-Bit
Windows 10 (10.0.18362)
What can we do to solve this issue? Thx for support!

Hi Ren, Thanks for your feedback. The file is saved locally. I will check out a file that I can easily share with you as it is not a local problem (my colleague has the same issue...).
